The "Match Call" is a mutual introduction where both parties get to know each other. Here, we align on expectations, and form the initial impressions we need to start building the strong foundation the recruitment process demands.

Here, we discuss your experience at the hand of your CV, while providing a clearer picture of the job. In this touchpoint, we validate that your skills and the role’s requirements align.
